Purple Heart, Lapis Azuli and Mixed Wood Cutting Board

Beautiful Handmade Cutting Board, featuring Purple Heart and Lapis Azuli Inlay. This is one of my small sized boards at 1" thick, and 9" wide x 15" long. This cutting board has several different species of wood including Purple Heart, Yellow Heart, Sapele and Peruvian Walnut. The Moonstone has an iridescent shimmer to it and is inlayed into a dark poplar piece bringing out the bright colors. I used powdered Lapis to fill imperfections in the Purple Heart, and the combination is rich and beautiful!.

Moonstone and Lapis Azuli in Poplar and Mixed Wood Cutting Board

Handmade Cutting Board, featuring Moonstone and Lapis Azuli Inlay. This is one of my medium sized boards at 1" thick, and 11.25" wide x 18" long. This cutting board has an asymmetric Design using several different species of wood including Sapele, Black Limba, Mahogany, Hickory, White Pine, Purple Heart, Andiroba, and Poplar. The Moonstone has an iridescent shimmer to it and is inlayed into a dark poplar piece bringing out the bright colors. I used powdered Lapis to fill around the more coarse Moonstone. This is a one of a kind, as it was the last of the moonstone from a custom cutting board for a dear friend!

Mahogany and Turquoise Inlay Cutting Board

Beautiful Handmade Cutting Board, featuring Mahogany and Turquoise Inlay. This is one of my extra large sized boards, and it is a square rather than a rectangular board. It is 1.25" thick, and 16.25" wide and long. It features many different strips of Mahogany, some spalted with Turquoise inlay.
